      Answer: IPS type TFT LCD has a better viewing angle, higher contrast, and faster response speed than TN type display.

  •  Which cost is better: IPS vs TN TFT LCD?
      Answer: The IPS LCD cost would be higher around 30%~50% than TN TFT LCD.

  •  Is the GlobalTech Display TFT LCD product sunlight readable?
      Answer: Yes. It is sunlight readable. Almost each model of our LCD products has a high luminance version (>=1000nit).

  •  Can you do a custom TFT LCD driver board?
      Answer: Yes. We can do it per customer’s requirements.

  •  Can we use Raspberry Pi as the controller of your display products?
      Answer: Yes. We have HDMI displays and industrial monitors, which can interface with the Raspberry Pi board.

  •  What is life time of LCD backlight?
      Answer: Normal LCD backlight lifetime >30,000 hours.
                    Industrial monitor backlight lifetime >50,000hrs.

  •  Can you do capacitive touch optical bonding?
      Answer: Yes. We can do it per customer’s drawing.

  •  Can you do a custom industrial monitor which can work at -30C?
      Answer: Yes. We can custom industrial monitor which can work at -30C~85C.

  •  What’s the MOQ of the LCD product?
      Answer: Normally, the MOQ is 500~1000pcs depending on different displays. We accept MOQ 2 piece as the sample order.
