Warranty Policy

GlobalTech Display warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the 12 months warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, GlobalTech Display will repair or replace the product with a similar product. Replacement products or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components. The replacement unit will be covered by the balance of time remaining on the customer's original limited warranty. Limited warranty service may be obtained by returning the product during warranty period to GlobalTech Display along with proof of purchase and a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is obtained in advance from GlobalTech Display and is valid for 30 days. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping container or equivalent.
